a selection of fine wines make dinner at this elegant eatery a night to
remember. The chef serves up such classic fare as ahi tuna loin, beef
tenderloin and grilled veal chops. Before or after dinner, stop in at
the restaurant's lounge for music, cocktails, cigars and micro-brewed
beers. Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday, and reservations are
suggested.Phantom Horse Grill - Celebrating the culinary spirit of the Southwest, this bright and airy eatery offers breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. For breakfast and lunch, diners can opt to sample from the complete breakfast and lunch buffet, or order such entrees as tortilla soup or the Phantom wrap from the menu. The dinner menu includes such specialty dishes as baked sea bass tostada, seared salmon Vera Cruz and five-color farfalle pasta. For health-conscious diners, there are also plenty of lighter items on the menu as well. The adjacent Sports Bar features satellite televisions, delicious appetizers, drinks and dancing. Aunt Chiladas - Chef Jessie Gonzales serves up delicious Mexican fare at this festive Mexican eatery.
